Brightening Innisfil with Artistic Intelligence

I’m excited to share my recent participation in the Innisfil AI project, where I was one of the artists chosen to help brighten up the town with my artistic intelligence. Seeing my work now displayed at Bruno’s Bakery—one of my absolute favorite spots for the fluffiest bread in town—has been such a rewarding experience.

The Collaboration

Working alongside artists I’ve crossed paths with, such as Neil and Angela, as well as being introduced to new faces in the Simcoe arts scene, was an incredible experience. This project brought together a wonderful mix of familiar and fresh creativity, showcasing the strength of our local art community.

The Creative Process

The project began with 10 prompts, but I couldn’t stop at just one image. The storytelling aspect compelled me to create three pieces to fully express the narrative. What started as a modest contribution grew into a 9-tile storyboard, showcasing the layers of inspiration and ideas that unfolded during the process.

A Town That Supports Its Artists

I love the town of Innisfil and everything it does to support its art community. They really show up and contribute, making projects like this not only possible but impactful. This initiative has not only brightened Innisfil but also brought local artists into the spotlight. Seeing the town embrace creativity and celebrating art as a way to connect and enrich the community has been truly inspiring.

Visit Bruno’s Bakery

If you’re in Innisfil, I encourage you to stop by Bruno’s Bakery to see my work in person (and, of course, pick up some delicious bread while you’re there!). It’s a space where artistry and everyday life come together, and I’m so proud to have my work featured there.

Thank you to everyone who supported this project, and here’s to many more moments of creative collaboration!
