Project Description
A series of urgent, minimal works on paper exploring the boundary where physical anatomy dissolves into pure kinetic energy. Grounded in principles of embodied cognition and sensory mechanics, these drawings use raw pastel and charcoal marks to capture the velocity, weight, and emotional resonance of bodies in motion.
Rather than documenting static form, this body of work isolates the “in-between” moments of dance and physical processing, investigating exactly how much visual shorthand is required to trigger a visceral sense of tension, balance, and momentum in the viewer.
